What size should I order?

Every product page has a Size Guide button right above the size selector with measurements for that specific style. Sanki fits run oversized on tops by design — if you want a slim look, size down one.

How long does delivery take?

2–4 business days for metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune). 4–7 business days for the rest of pan-India. Cash on Delivery available everywhere.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes — 100% COD pan-India. No charges, no minimum. We use GoKwik / DTDC / BlueDart depending on your pincode.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our 2027 roadmap.

What's your return / exchange policy?

7-day size exchanges with no questions asked, T&Cs apply. Returns for damage / wrong product are accepted with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. Read the full Shipping & Exchange Policy.

How do I know my order is real Sanki?

Every Sanki garment ships with a holographic authenticity tag, the brand's heat-pressed inner label, and is registered against the order number in our atelier ledger. Counterfeit alerts: only buy from sanki.online or our verified Instagram (@sanki.officiall).

Do you offer wholesale / bulk orders?

For drop-shipping, reseller, or wholesale enquiries, email sankithecrazyattire@proton.me with your business details. Minimum order: 50 pieces.

Why are some products sold out?

We run small, limited drops at our Delhi atelier — usually 25–60 pieces per cut. Once they're gone, they're rarely restocked. Follow us on Instagram or join the Inner Circle below the footer for first-access alerts.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your order is already with the courier and we can't intercept it. Use the size-exchange flow instead.
