SANKI is a Delhi-based streetwear brand. The work begins with an idea: how a piece should look, feel and fit in everyday movement. From there, the team develops the design direction and reviews the finished product before it reaches the collection.
1. Concept and reference
Each style starts with a clear visual idea, intended use and fit direction. References help define proportion, colour, graphics and the overall character of the piece.
2. Silhouette and fit direction
The team decides whether a design should read as oversized, relaxed, structured or more regular. Fit is reviewed as a complete silhouette rather than relying only on the size printed on the label.
3. Fabric and construction brief
Fabric weight, hand-feel, drape and construction details are considered for the specific design. Because materials and manufacturing details vary by product, the product page and garment label are the correct sources for composition, care and country-of-origin information.
4. Graphics, colour and details
Graphics, trims, colour combinations and placement are developed to support the concept without weakening wearability. Details are reviewed at garment scale, not only on a screen.
5. Sample and fit review
Samples are assessed for proportion, comfort, movement and visual balance. Where required, the brief is adjusted before the style is selected for the collection.
6. Product information
Before launch, the team prepares the product name, photographs, size options and care information. SANKI tops are offered across M–5XL and bottoms across waist sizes 28–46, subject to the options shown on each live product page.
7. Final selection and launch
The finished product is reviewed against the original direction before it is listed online or placed in the Janakpuri store. New-arrival timing and restocks vary and are announced on sanki.online and @sanki.studio.
